Your story has the power to drive awareness, open conversations, and shape our campaigns. When people speak in their own words about what they’ve lived through, others listen, relate, and act.
We’re looking for people who want to share their experiences – whether that’s in the media, in their communities, or with policymakers. You don’t need a perfect story or a clinical background. You just need honesty, and a willingness to help others understand why this matters.
Where you can tell your story
There are two main ways we can work with you:
Media and press
We can arrange local or national interviews for you to share your experiences on TV, radio, news sites and in print.
Policy and political engagement
We can support you to engage with your local MP, politicians and decision-makers. This helps raise issues in your area and nationally, and encourages action that can improve care, awareness and support for others.
